Whilst we want to bring you cycling gifts and apparel that you love we know sometimes this doesn't always go to plan, if for any reason you're not happy with your purchase let us know and we'll be determined and fair in getting it right for you.
For returns or if you'd prefer a different size, we politely ask that you use the contact us page within 14 days of its arrival and tell us the issue and we'll be in touch as soon as possible.
Products must be returned unused and in the state in which they were sent. Refunds will be processed upon satisfactory receipt of the returned goods. We will refund your payment same day minus the costs of initial shipping and packing charges.
When returning an order please add a note to tell us which items you are returning, why you are returning them and whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange.
You are responsible for ensuring correct packing of the product and using appropriate postal and recorded delivery methods with relevant insurance cover in place. The Pedal Dancers are not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product.
